Uwe Doerken is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management consulting and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisory Board Member and Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners since July 2017, Doerken specializes in driving profitable revenue growth in the Private Equity sector. Previously, Doerken founded a personal consulting practice focused on international strategy and market development, as well as Conscious Living Ventures, which invests in startups aimed at positive global change. Doerken has held significant leadership roles, including Chairman and CEO of DHL Worldwide Express and CEO of International and Express Services at Deutsche Post und DHL. Earlier career experiences include Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and President of AIESEC Switzerland. Uwe Doerken earned a Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, and Business Management from the University of St. Gallen.
