Kim Weiner is the Founder and Principal Consultant of DirectAscent Business Solutions, LLC, established in 2013, where expertise includes advising clients on business strategy and marketing positioning, along with conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Previous roles include being a Recruiting Team Member at Blue Ridge Partners and serving as Deputy Project Leader at Compass Pro Bono, where strategic consulting was provided to the Merit School of Music. Kim Weiner was also involved with the South Park Elementary School PTO, holding dual roles as Co-Vice President of Fundraising and Co-Vice President of Service, where efforts improved financial outcomes and operational efficiency for the school community. Earlier consulting experience includes working as a Consultant for Material Possessions, contributing to the launch of their website, and a series of positions at McKinsey & Company, culminating in the role of Senior Engagement Manager, focusing on strategic and marketing challenges. Kim Weiner holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude.
