Lucas Topliff has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Shift Manager at Family Video, where they were promoted due to their high performance and dedication. Lucas managed store layout, implemented improvements, and provided direct assistance to customers. Lucas also oversaw operating system management software and resolved system errors. In 2018, Lucas worked as a Seasonal Manufacturing Support at Ford Meter Box. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Controls Engineer Intern at both Ford Meter Box and Blue Ridge Automation Inc. In 2022, Lucas joined Blue Ridge Inc. as an Automation Engineer. In this role, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement upgraded processing interfaces and developed electrical/panel layouts using AutoCAD to facilitate integration of new hardware.

Lucas Topliff began their education in 2018 at Purdue University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering. Lucas completed this degree in 2022. Following this, from 2023 to 2024, Lucas attended IWU National & Global to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management.
