Caroline Mullins has a range of work experience in various industries. Caroline started their career in 2011 as an Editorial and Research Assistant at Syracuse University, where they edited chapters, inputted data into research databases, and organized archives for a book project. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Assistant to the Associate Dean at the same university.
In 2015, Caroline became an intern at Clinical Psychologist Beverly Chisholm, where they managed social media accounts, assisted with client assessments and diagnoses, and communicated with other mental health organizations.
In 2016, they served as a Field Manager at Grassroots Campaigns, where they led a team of canvassers fundraising for the American Civil Liberties Union in North Carolina. Additionally, they were on the Board of Directors for The CWE Foundation, participating in weekly meetings and organizing community events.
In 2017, Caroline worked as an intern at The Sanctuary House, providing support to chronically mentally ill members. Caroline also took on the role of a Mental Health Case Manager at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare, where they performed case management duties for adults with serious mental illnesses.
Lastly, starting in December 2017, they became a Behavior Technician at The Shape of Behavior, specializing in working with individuals through behavioral therapy.
Caroline Mullins received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Services from Elon University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at Cazenovia High School, from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Caroline obtained a certification in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED + First Aid from the American Health Care Academy in February 2017.
