Rudolf de Vetten's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Rudolf is currently the Chief Product Officer and Co-founder of Blue Radix, where they focus on creating automated intelligence for greenhouses. Prior to that, they worked at AgroEnergy as a Business Developer, responsible for developing new business opportunities in the energy market. Rudolf also held the role of Project Manager at Capgemini, advising and managing projects for enterprise clients. At Priva, they served as a Senior Project Manager, streamlining project management processes and managing ICT projects. Rudolf was also a Transition Lead at UWV, responsible for setting up the transition and transformation approach for a large tender. Other roles they held include Project Manager at FrieslandCampina, Project Manager at Ministerie van Economische Zaken, and Project Manager at ENECO Energie.

Rudolf de Vetten has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and business. Rudolf obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in System and Control Engineering from Delft University of Technology from 1997 to 2004. In 2015, they furthered their knowledge in business by attending Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they focused on Business Model Innovation. In 2017, Rudolf attended Nyenrode Business University for a Collegereeks in Big Data.
