Kyungjin Moon is a highly experienced data scientist with a strong background in predictive analytics and machine learning, particularly within the aerospace and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as a Principal Data Scientist at Blue Origin since January 2022, Kyungjin previously held senior roles at Honeywell and GE Aviation, where contributions included developing alarm prediction models, predictive maintenance analytics, and customer-facing analytics products. Expertise spans advanced analytic techniques such as Gaussian Mixture Modeling and neural networks, alongside mentoring junior data scientists. Kyungjin's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Hanyang University.
