Ingeborg VÃ¥rdal has a diverse work experience in different industries. Ingeborg started their career in 2007 as a Research Chemist at M-I SWACO/Schlumberger, specializing in drilling and completion fluids. In 2010, they moved on to become a Chemist in the same company, this time focusing on production chemicals.

In 2013, Ingeborg joined Baker Hughes as a Technical Support Engineer for Drilling Fluids, where they worked until 2014. Ingeborg then joined Norsk Gjenvinning as a Driftsansvarlig for tank- og renseanlegg, responsible for tank and treatment facilities.

In 2017, Ingeborg took on the role of an Ingeniør vann og avløp - teknisk drift at Bjørnafjorden kommune, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are working at Blue Ocean Technology as the Chief Commercial Officer Prosesskjemi.

Ingeborg VÃ¥rdal pursued their education from 2002 to 2007 at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). During this time, they completed a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree, specializing in Organic Chemistry combined with Chemical Engineering.
