Colton Winters has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Camp Counselor at JCC Summer Day Camps, where they created meaningful experiences for children and organized various activities. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Employee at R/C Wilkes Barre Movies 14. From 2019 to 2021, Colton worked as a Transportation Specialist at Irem Temple Country Club, organizing league play and tournaments and developing social networking skills. In 2020, they also worked part-time as a Chef at Sauly Boy's, training new employees and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2021, Colton worked as a Payroll Operations Analyst at Comcast for a brief period. In 2022, they served as a Research & Design Intern at Minitab, where they bridged the gap between UI design and programming and led the development of UI components. Colton is currently working as a Software Engineer at Blue Mountain, starting in April 2023. Throughout their work experience, Colton consistently displayed a strong work ethic, customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams.

Colton Winters attended Penn State University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Services & Technology with a focus in Human-Centered Design & Development. In addition to their formal education, Colton has also obtained several certifications, including "Build and Deploy Your First Web App with Modern Tooling," "Java: Data Structures," and "Object-Oriented Programming with Java," all from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained in April and December 2022.
