Tom Steele is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and customer success. Currently serving as President and Director of Strategy & Operations at Blue Matador, Inc. since January 2021, Tom has previously held key roles such as Outdoor Adventure Therapy Guide at Aspiro Wilderness Adventure Therapy, Enterprise Customer Success Manager at WeWork, and similar positions at Teem by iOFFICE. Earlier experience includes working as a Strategy Consultant and Business Analyst at Cicero Group, Marketing Manager and Business Writer at PROGRESS THROUGH BUSINESS INC, and Co-founder and CEO of South Franklin Tutoring Center. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University, a Market Research Certification from The University of Georgia, and has engaged in direct study at the University of Cambridge.
