Chi Nguyen is an accomplished Realtor® with extensive experience in real estate and interior design. Currently working at Blue Marlin RE since February 2020, Chi specializes in supporting homeowners, buyers, and investors. As the President of Ocean East Properties & Decor, LLC. since May 2018, Chi focuses on vacation and long-term rentals, home staging, designing, and renovating. With a Master of Arts in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Chi has held various roles in the industry, including Interior Design Consultant at Baer's Furniture, Material Resource Room Assistant at Savannah College of Art and Design, and Lecturer at the University of Architecture. Chi's professional journey began in 2005 as an Interior Department Manager at LivingSpace and includes significant contributions to Giahi.decor. Relocating from California to Atlanta, GA in 2011 and subsequently to Florida in 2013, Chi has firmly established expertise in both interior design and real estate.
