Kirby Rocha is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Blue LLama Jazz Club in Ann Arbor since March 2023. Previous roles include Sous Chef positions at The Pulpo Group and Beppe Restaurant, as well as a Chef role at Lucy & The Wolf.
