Benjamin Paulus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and investment analysis. Currently serving as CEO of Blue Fern Development since January 2009, Benjamin has spearheaded numerous projects in the industry. Prior experience includes a role as an Investment Analyst at Polygon Management from July 2009 to January 2010, where Benjamin analyzed development projects and investment opportunities for viability. Additionally, Benjamin held the position of Director of Special Projects at Frontier Homes from September 2007 to May 2009. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Claremont McKenna College, obtained in 2009, and attended St. Georges from 1999 to 2005.
