Melina Schwenkler has extensive work experience in the food industry and research field. Melina currently holds the position of NPD Manager at Blue Farm since October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Food Technologist and Product Developer at Blue Farm starting from July 2021. Melina also gained experience in product development at Blue Farm from April 2021 to June 2021.
Before joining Blue Farm, Melina worked as a Student Assistant at the Department of Food Process Technology at Technical University Berlin from July 2016 to July 2021.
In 2018, Melina took a sabbatical for travel, exploring North and South America from December 2018 to March 2019. During the same year, they had a research stay at Argonne National Laboratory in November 2018, and worked as a Research Intern at the Food Science Department at the University of Guelph from September 2018 to November 2018.
Melina also has experience as a Research and Development Intern at the Institute of Agricultural and Urban Ecological Projects affiliated to Berlin Humboldt University from May 2016 to June 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Warsteiner Brewery from June 2013 to August 2013.
Melina Schwenkler completed their Bachelor of Science in Food Technology at Technische Universität Berlin from 2013 to 2017. Melina then pursued their Master of Science in Food Technology at the same institution from 2017 to 2021.
