Rashad Niloy has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rashad most recently served as the Director of Business Development at Blue Equinox starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Sales Manager at VisionWeb from March 2022 to December 2022. From December 2020 to March 2022, Rashad worked as an Admissions Officer at OFF 2 ABROAD. Rashad also co-founded AZ Global Support Center & BPO in September 2020, where they held the role of Co-Founder until December 2020. Before that, they served as an Operations Manager at Synergy Business Solution from January 2020 to October 2020. Rashad started their career as a Sales Executive at SkyTech Icon LLC from January 2016 to October 2016.

Rashad Niloy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the Canadian University of Bangladesh. Rashad'seducation at this university began in 2019, and they are currently continuing their studies in this program.
