Angel Cesar, P.E., QSD is currently serving as the President/CEO at Blue Engineering and Consulting, Inc. Prior to this, Angel worked as a Project Manager in various companies such as David Evans and Associates, Inc., Michael Baker International, and more. Angel's experience spans from designing and drafting to managing construction projects in the civil engineering field. Angel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
