Delano Miller is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a strong background in sales and marketing. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Blue Diamond Resorts since January 2024, Delano has previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Royalton Luxury Resorts, overseeing both the Royalton Antigua Resort and Royalton Grenada from November 2021 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Sales for Decameron All Inclusive Resorts Jamaica, and managing sales and marketing at Coco Lapalm Hotel and Hedonism II. Delano has extensive experience with SuperClubs, where responsibilities included sales, public relations, and entertainment. Delano's career in sales management also includes positions at Breezes Panama and Breezes Montego Bay. Delano is an alumnus of Decarteret College, having studied from 1987 to 1993.
