Stephanie Doan is an accomplished food scientist and manager with extensive experience in product innovation and quality assurance. Currently serving as Manager of Product Innovation at Blue Diamond Growers since March 2017, Stephanie focuses on delivering California almonds in diverse and flavorful forms. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Jamba Juice, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and product quality. With a solid background at McCormick, where Stephanie managed numerous flavor development projects as a Senior Food Scientist, and previous roles at Unilever, Stephanie possesses a profound understanding of flavor systems and food product commercialization. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fermentation Science from the University of California, Davis.
