Sam Gulino has extensive experience in treasury and accounting roles, currently serving as Team Lead in Treasury Operations at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since August 2016. Prior positions include Sr. Treasury Analyst and Treasury Analyst at the same company. Sam's background also features a role as Senior Accountant at East Bay Community Action Program, where key contributions included the implementation of an electronic requisition program and financial statement preparation. Sam gained foundational experience as Accounting Supervisor at East Bay Center, Staff Accountant at Gateway Healthcare, Accounts Payable Specialist at South Shore Center, and Treasury Accountant at Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, graduated in 2002.
