Jiyoon Hwang is a dedicated graduate student assistant at Brown University since November 2023, providing support to public health students and alumni in career development through database management and community outreach. Simultaneously, Jiyoon serves as a student intern in the Customer Advisory Solutions Team at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Previous experience includes working as a medical scribe for Brown Emergency Medicine, assisting with commencement ceremonies at Brown University, and roles at ScribeAmerica, the World Neurology Foundation, and United Korean Voice, which included career development leadership. Jiyoon holds a Master of Public Health degree from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UCLA.
