Jenny Bautista-Ravreby currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since November 2020. Previously, Jenny held several positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, culminating in the role of Senior Community Engagement and Recruitment Coordinator from June 2014 to June 2020, where leadership included the Racial Equity Committee and developing DEI training. Additionally, Jenny fostered partnerships with community organizations and supported Spanish-speaking families. Earlier experiences include work at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Simon Property Group, focusing on community engagement and retail services. Jenny earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing from UMass Boston in 2011.
