Andrew Doyle has extensive experience in customer experience and business planning within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since June 2016. Previous roles at the same organization include Manager of Business Planning & Customer Experience and Customer Experience Specialist. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Project Support Specialist at Crescendo Consulting Group, LLC from January 2015 to June 2016. Andrew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Southern Maine between 2012 and 2015.
