Tatyana Beck is a professional with extensive experience in program management and analysis, currently serving as the Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging Program Manager and Business Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since November 2021. In this role, Tatyana partners with operations management to define and analyze business performance metrics, utilizing Microsoft and Power BI tools to develop business intelligence solutions. Prior to this position, Tatyana worked as the Sustainability Program Manager at St. Catherine University and held various roles, including Program Development Specialist, Resident Advisor, and Student Coordinator. Tatyana's educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Global Health and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, both from St. Catherine University.
