Christopher Rupp is an experienced IT professional with a background in systems engineering and desktop support. At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since August 2018, Christopher has progressed from a Desktop Support Technician to an Associate Systems Engineer, where responsibilities include providing second-tier incident resolution and diagnosing complex hardware and software issues across multiple platforms. Previous experience includes a Desktop Support Technician role at IBM/Thomson Reuters, a Credit Investigator position at Wells Fargo, and serving as an ITS Desktop Services Student Manager at Bethel University, where Christopher managed computer deployment projects. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis and Analytics from Bethel University.
