Christopher Rupp is an experienced IT professional with a background in systems engineering and desktop support. At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since August 2018, Christopher has progressed from a Desktop Support Technician to an Associate Systems Engineer, where responsibilities include providing second-tier incident resolution and diagnosing complex hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
