Robert Gaines is a Senior Account Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, responsible for customer retention activities and community relations. Previously, Robert served as a Senior Sales Agent at American Health Plans, focusing on sales opportunities through networking and client relationships. At Beaumont Health, Robert worked in Materials Management and as a service excellence ambassador. Robert Gaines holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where studies are ongoing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral and Biological Sciences with a minor in Management from the same institution.
