Kirk Roy is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since August 2010. Previously, Kirk held various leadership roles within the same organization, including Vice President positions in Underwriting and National Health Reform. Kirk's career began as an Actuarial Analyst at Watson Wyatt and progressed through consulting roles at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and as a Diversified Consumer Business Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Kirk holds a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Windsor, attained between 1992 and 1997.
