Norman Tillery is an experienced IT professional with a background in network analysis and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Network Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield since September 2004, Norman is responsible for the research, development, deployment, testing, and maintenance of the Network Management Infrastructure for the HCSC corporation, demonstrating strong expertise in ITIL, CMMI, and SDM processes. Previously, Norman worked as a Network Architect at CSC and a Senior Network Engineer at Aon, focusing on network design, technology development, and data center management. Norman has also contributed to Rotary International as a member and has acquired multiple certifications in Cisco Networking and relevant network education programs. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Information Systems from DeVry University.
