Kristen Rowland is an experienced executive in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of National Accounts at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since April 2022. Kristen also served as SVP of Marketing & Sales at HCS and held multiple positions at ANTHEM BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD and WellPoint, culminating in roles such as Regional Vice President and RVP of National Accounts. Kristen's career highlights include managing multi-sited accounts with over 450,000 members, leading teams to exceed business development and retention goals, and driving significant sales growth through strategic initiatives. Kristen holds a BA in Mathematics from Boston College.
