Sean Rhines is an accomplished IT Manager with extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and communication within the technology sector. Currently employed at Blue Cross NC since January 2017, Sean has held several key positions, including Team Lead for IT Solutions Delivery, where responsibilities included coordinating communication among various teams, monitoring code migrations, and leading initiatives aligned with company strategy.
