Amy Crawford, SSM, PMP® is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Project Manager at Blue Cross NC since October 2018, Amy is responsible for managing complex projects and fostering enterprise-wide initiatives. Previously, Amy held the position of Director of Software Development at McKesson (now Change Healthcare) from October 2011 to June 2018, where leadership led to the successful development of eight applications utilized by over 100,000 users. Amy's background at McKesson also includes roles as QA and Requirements Manager, QA Manager, and Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, all focused on ensuring quality and meeting business requirements. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University.
