Nazneen Vimadalal has over 19 years of experience in various leadership roles in the insurance and eCommerce industries. Nazneen is currently serving as the Director of Product Solution & Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they focus on delivering strong revenue growth and simplifying customer experiences with digital solutions. Prior to this, Nazneen was the Managing Director of Impex Enterprise, an eCommerce company that they built from the ground up. Nazneen managed all aspects of the business, from sourcing and importing to marketing and sales.

Nazneen has also held leadership positions at Cigna, MetLife, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and The Hartford, where they demonstrated expertise in product strategy, program management, marketing, and operational efficiencies. Throughout their career, Nazneen has consistently delivered results and created innovative strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.

Nazneen Vimadalal holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication from the University of Hartford. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting at Osmania University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Massachusetts Producer License from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in December 2021, and a PMP (Project Management Certification) from the Project Management Institute in October 2001.
