Michael Lecuyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career at MicroAge as a Configuration Technician contractor in 1996. Lecuyer then moved on to Iron Mountain, where they held roles as a Regional Field Lead/Engineer from 1997 to 2001 and an Enterprise Systems Engineer from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, Lecuyer joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, initially serving as an ENS/ESS Compliance Engineer until 2006. Michael then took on the role of Team Lead/Project Manager for ENS/ESS Management, Desktop Projects & e-Working until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Lecuyer was the Manager of Enterprise Management Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Michael subsequently became a Project Manager for Enterprise Network Services in 2011 and transitioned to Manager of Network Operations in 2012.

Lecuyer's most recent position at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is as the Director of Network Operations, which they have been serving since June 2015.

Michael Lecuyer pursued their education with dedication, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) from the University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2006. Building on their knowledge and passion for technology, they later earned a Master of Business Administration with a Technical Management concentration (MBATM) from the same institution from 2008 to 2010. Through their educational journey, Michael Lecuyer equipped himself with a solid foundation in both information technology and business management.
