Jennifer Nestor has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career in 1990 at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as a Program Manager, where they worked for a decade. In 2001, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and held several positions including Senior Manager and Senior Program Manager. In 2012, they became a Senior Manager in the Risk Management Advisory Services department and continued in that role until 2013. Jennifer then assumed the role of Director of Operations from 2016 to 2017, followed by Director of Risk Management Advisory Services from 2014 to 2016. Jennifer further progressed within the company, becoming Director of Enrollment Modernization and Quality Programs from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Jennifer is serving as the Senior Director of Enrollment Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
