Frederique Verly Hill is a Senior Consultant in the Business Consulting Group at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, having held multiple consultancy roles since January 2019. Previously, Frederique worked at athenahealth from September 2016 to December 2018, where contributions included leading the transition of client support case management to an India-based team and developing a support model for the 2017 Patient-Centered Medical Home program. Prior experience also includes roles at Boston Children's Hospital, focusing on quality improvement data coordination for inflammatory bowel disease patients, and a research assistantship at Cornell University. Frederique holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cornell University.
