Caroline Bourque Wiley, MCM, APR is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and maritime sectors. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant at Brightshores Health System since November 2024 and as Vice President of Communications and Marketing at CREW Maritime Group Inc. since January 2023, Caroline has previously held significant positions such as Director of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, Chief Communications Officer at Niagara Health, and Interim Chief Communications Officer. Additionally, Caroline has a background in education as a part-time instructor at Niagara College and has held media roles at Brock University and St. Catharines Standard. Caroline's educational credentials include a Master of Communications Management from McMaster University, a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from Brock University, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University.
