Jennifer Pemberton has an extensive career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City that began in December 1992, progressing through numerous roles including Business Architect II, Solutions Designer III, and Senior Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on the Facets product and benefits configuration. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Configuration Solutions Lead at Topaz Shared Services from January 2012 to December 2013, and has experience in various roles such as Claims Examiner and QA Analyst. Educationally, Jennifer attended the University of Central Missouri from 1992 to 1995 and previously studied at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1991 to 1992.
