Tara Davis is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Director of the Data Services Program Management Office at Florida Blue, a position held since November 2003. In this role, Tara oversees a portfolio exceeding $40 million, leading the end-to-end implementation of Information Management and Data Storage Solutions. Previous positions at Florida Blue include IT Program Management Office Manager, IT Manager of End User Support, IT Manager of Security Access, Manager of Technology Integration, Strategy & Governance, IT Development Manager, and IT Project Manager. Prior to joining Florida Blue, Tara worked as a Business Analyst at First Coast Service Options, Inc. and ABC Home Health.
