Kathy Lisenby has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing support services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Florida Blue. Previously, Kathy held the position of Senior Manager of Staffing Support Services at GuideWell Source, and served as an EEO and AAP Project Consultant at GuideWell Source, which was formerly known as Diversified Service Options. Additionally, Kathy worked as an On-Site Program Manager for Florida Blue MSP at ZeroChaos and was the Director of Staffing Solutions Operations at Incepture, prior to its acquisition by ZeroChaos. Kathy earned a B.A. in Communication Studies with an English minor from Virginia Tech between 1989 and 1993.
