Leah Johnson Franks, PMP, has over two decades of experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as Manager of Project Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since March 2008, with a progression through roles including Senior Project Consultant, Project Consultant, and Business Consultant. Prior to this role, Leah worked as a Systems Application Analyst at Sirote & Permutt, P.C. from October 2004 to February 2008, and as a Software Engineer at Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. from June 2000 to September 2004. Leah earned an MBA in IT Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing the MBA in 2009 and the bachelor's degree in 2001.
