Ashley Harris, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and payroll administration, presently serving as Lead Compensation Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since May 1998. In this role, Ashley Harris oversees the development and management of compensation programs and incentive plans. Previous positions held at the company include Sr. Compensation Analyst and Sr. Payroll & Compensation Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed compliance evaluation, analytical support, and administration of equitable compensation systems.
