Micha Kubicka is a seasoned professional in strategic consulting and program management, currently serving as Senior Client Manager at Blue Crab Strategies since February 2022, focusing on climate philanthropy. Previously, Micha co-founded the Voter Formation Project, a nonprofit aimed at enhancing voting access for underrepresented communities, and held roles as Senior Program Coordinator and Political Associate in various organizations, where expertise in digital strategy, policy research, and audience engagement was developed. Micha’s experience also includes positions at the U.S. Department of State, Vanderbilt University, and significant internships in legislative offices, contributing to a comprehensive background in political science and government, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University.
