Sovann Chak is an Embedded Software Engineer at Blue Canyon Technologies, with experience dating back to January 2020, and previously served as a Software Engineer Intern at the same company during the summer of 2019. Prior to this, Sovann worked as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University from January 2018 to May 2019, focusing on grading and providing assistance to students in understanding programming concepts. Additional experience includes a Software Engineering Internship at Principal Financial Group from May 2018 to November 2018, where Sovann developed an internal web application utilizing AWS to streamline asset acquisition and implemented a data-pipeline for property asset analysis. Sovann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Iowa State University, earned from 2015 to 2019, and a high school diploma from East High School, completed in 2014.
