Cameron Crotty is a communications consultant who has worked in the IT field for over 7 years. Cameron started their career at Kaiser Permanente IT, where they were the Communications Manager for a 6,000-member IT organization. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing communications plans and programs that aligned managers and employees with the organization's strategic business priorities. Cameron also coached and trained executives and senior managers in key communications skills, and helped to spotlight the powerful contributions that technology makes to healthcare.

Some of Cameron's recent highlights include co-leading and designing a curriculum for workshops in strategic communications for IT managers, which have been attended by over 50% of the IT organization's 900 people-managers. Cameron has also planned, facilitated, and hosted events such as leadership sessions, panel discussions, roundtables, 1-on-1 interviews, and audio programs that connect managers and employees with organizational priorities. In addition, Cameron writes and edits a monthly newsletter from the CIO to the top 45 senior leaders at Kaiser Permanente, highlighting cross-organizational partnerships and accomplishments.

Cameron Crotty has a Bachelor of Arts with honors in English from Ohio University and is certified as a PeopleFuel Trainer from The Energy Project.
