Cameron Crotty is a communications consultant who has worked in the IT field for over 7 years. Cameron started their career at Kaiser Permanente IT, where they were the Communications Manager for a 6,000-member IT organization. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing communications plans and programs that aligned managers and employees with the organization's strategic business priorities. Cameron also coached and trained executives and senior managers in key communications skills, and helped to spotlight the powerful contributions that technology makes to healthcare.
