Ayushi Meena is a dedicated professional with a strong background in leadership and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) analysis. Currently serving as a Next Generation Women Leaders participant at McKinsey & Company and a Global Shaper & Impact Officer at the World Economic Forum, Ayushi also contributes as an ESG Analyst at Blackelm Equity and a member of Women in ETFs. Previous experience includes insight programs at Rothschild & Co and NatWest Group, a Policy & Campaigns Assistant role at KCLSU, and various leadership positions at King's College London and the Global Institute for Women's Leadership. Ayushi holds a Postgraduate degree in Public Policy from King's College London and an Undergraduate degree in History, Political Science, and Sociology from the University of Mumbai.
