Harshita Naidu has four years of professional experience. Harshita began their career as a Trainee at L&T Infotech Limited in 2016. Harshita then moved on to become an Intern at Spring S Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Technical Writer at Standav Corp. Most recently, they have been working as a Business Development Officer at Blue Arcus Technologies Inc. since 2019.

Harshita Naidu attended Holy Cross Higher Secondary School from 1998 to 2012, where they completed their schooling with a focus in Mathematics. Harshita then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai from 2012 to 2016. In January 2022, they obtained an Introduction to Data Analytics certification from Simplilearn.
