Brian Yuhnke has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Brian worked at Instructure as a Senior Solutions Engineer from September 2020 to present, and prior to that, they held the position of Solutions Engineer from May 2017 to September 2020. Before joining Instructure, Brian worked at the University of Colorado Denver as a Network Faculty member starting from January 2009, and previously as an Instructional Technology and Web Media Production Coordinator from February 2004 to May 2011. Brian was also a Co-Founder, Board Director, and Creative Director at RawVoice from June 2005 onward. Between August 2016 and April 2017, Brian served as the Director of Program Management and Design Initiatives at The New Media Consortium, where they managed complex programs and grants and developed program strategies. Prior to that, they were the Director of Special Projects at the same organization from March 2016 to August 2016. Brian also worked as an Instructional Designer at Case Western Reserve University from June 2011 to March 2016 and as a Multimedia Developer at Kent State University from March 2001 to February 2004. Overall, Brian has a wealth of experience in technical and educational roles, with a focus on solutions engineering, program management, instructional design, and multimedia development.
Brian Yuhnke obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio, TV, and Media Production from Kent State University in 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Instructional Technology at the same university from 1999 to 2001. In February 2012, they obtained certification as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Improve Consulting and Training Group.
