Lexie Dixson is an experienced professional in the fields of account management, recruitment, and program analysis. Currently serving as a Delivery Lead at Blu Omega since March 2022, Lexie previously held the position of Account Manager at TEKsystems from May 2020 to March 2022, focusing on client relationships and customized solutions for complex project initiatives. Lexie's earlier roles include a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where relationships with technical candidates were fostered, and a Program & Business Analyst at The Gemini 3 Group, Inc. Responsibilities included market research for contract opportunities. Lexie has also contributed to the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee and is an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Inclusion and Diversity Council, as well as a member of the Multicultural Employee Resource Group. Lexie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, earned in 2019.
