Kirk Winger has extensive work experience in various roles related to public health and medicine. Kirk is currently serving as the Vice President for BLU-MED Response Systems. Previously, they held positions in the United States Air Force, including Deputy Command Surgeon, Public Health Officer, and Commander of medical groups and aerospace medicine squadrons. Prior to that, they pursued a Zoology/Animal Biology program at Idaho State University from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their degrees, Kirk Winger holds a Veterinary Medical License from the Idaho Board of Veterinary Medicine.
