María Mercedes M. has an extensive work experience in the logistics industry. María Mercedes started their career in 1996 as a Commercial Assistant of the Director at Express Cargo Line LTD - Kerr Cargo Group. María Mercedes then went on to found Express Cargo Line De Colombia S.A. in 1997, where they served as the Founder & Regional Sales Manager for both Colombia and Ecuador. In 1998, María became the General Manager at Express Cargo Line del Ecuador Expressline S.A. María Mercedes later joined All in Logistics de Colombia S.A - Sea Cargo S.A - Express Cargo Líne de Colombia in 2001 as the Sales Director. Lastly, they held the position of VP Sales Freight Forwarding Unit - Bogota at Blu Logistics S.A.S since 2005.

María Mercedes M. studied Marketing Management at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana starting in 2004. María Mercedes later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Newport University, specializing in Administration and Business Management.
