Roland Thistle has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Administrator at BLR since May 1998, where responsibilities include organizing user requests for various technical needs and facilitating efficient issue resolution for support technicians across multiple locations. Previously, Roland spent 14 years as a Teacher and Instructor in Connecticut, Florida, California, and Germany from September 1978 to June 1992. Roland holds a Master's Degree in Special Education and Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, obtained between 1976 and 1978.
