Kristen F. is a seasoned marketing professional with a wealth of experience in content and product marketing. Currently serving as Content Marketing Manager at BLR since February 2019, Kristen translates product goals into effective marketing strategies for the HR Hero® HCM SaaS product while collaborating with various teams. Prior roles include Senior Product Marketing Coordinator and Product Marketing Coordinator at BLR, as well as Brand Marketing Specialist at Trebco Specialty Products Inc., where Kristen managed comprehensive marketing communications for the WubbaNub brand. Additional experience includes fitness instruction as a Licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor, customer service and sales at Tommy's Tanning Inc., and a foundational role as a server at Water's Edge Resort & Spa. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Southern Connecticut State University.
